Did you printer stop working?  Is Microsoft Word freezing on your machine?  Is your outlook randomly shutting down?

As a Total Care Package customer, you will have full access to our online support area, which will allow us to remotely diagnose and repair your issue.  If for any reason we can not fix your issue online, we will arrange a time to pick up your computer and fix it for you in a timely manner.*

Total Care Package clients are able to contact us at anytime during their contract for maintenance of thier system.  Do you think you have a virus?  Is your home network down?  Do you just need help installing software or a driver?  How about a new piece of hardware installed? Just give us a call.  There is no additional charge to you.


All of this for only $50**/month!

*additional charge will occur if new hardware is required.
** $50/month for a maximum of 2 PCs.  $15 extra per month, per additional PC.
